Waterpik flosser, after less than a year, just stopped working. A battery issue I think, but I liked it very much. I went to Amazon, remembered that I'd bought Assurion protection, looked up the order and was able to file a claim right from a link on the receipt in my orders. No hunting for pieces of paper. Surprisingly easy and no nonsense.Within a few hours, I had a promise of a full refund and a UPS label to return the malfunctioning pik. Packed it up, took it to a UPS store and shipped it. Same day, by the time I got home, there was the refund. Immediately ordered a new one on Amazon and had it the next day. Waterpikless for about 48 hours. I'm impressed. I will likely buy Asurion protection for all more expensive items from here on.

The last time I had to do an Asurion claim it was with a person over the phone. This time was so much faster and easier by filling out a simple online form and mailing the product to Asurion for my product protection payment.
