11-12-2024This was my first time ever trying to do dip nails. Previously, I have use the acrylic LED lights on my natural nails, but they have been eating the nails away and my nails became very weak. I was very happy with the results of this dip kit.A few things to note-Start to finish took me less than an hour, paint dip and go, they dry quicklyThese dry and harden fast besides the LAST step. The last step remains a bit tacky and needs a FULL 60 blown seconds to dry.These are my natural nails I did not use a glue on acrylic nail tip.The first and second coats (the base and activator) have quite a strong scent so you do not want to put your face too close to them.The color I used was number 417 and in the picture it showed a very light pink. However I use three coats and it’s almost a see-through sparkle. Very very pale pink almost clear.Maybe it was mislabeled but the picture shows no sparkles for that number.I did not draw on the flowers they are stickers I put one topcoat and then the sticker and then another topcoat.The topcoat brush sticks together very fast. It needs to be put into the brush saver and swapped out after every nail set.The blue buffer bar is probably the best to get the shine off your nails, or the pink part of the long nail file.I will redo my nails with a nail dehydrator and bond that I ordered and update with pictures.Overall a great bang for your buck. Very easy to use.Just try to not get the base anywhere, but where you want the powder to stay.Love,new to nails

11-12-2024First time doing dips, though I’ve been doing acrylics and polygel for years. Very happy with the way my nails turned out. I was not happy with the top coat and had to use a gel topcoat for it to look good. Hence, the four stars. Other than that, the kit was great. Offered a good amount of colors, and I found that the other liquids worked as expected. I’m 10 days in still very happy with my nails.
