My Longhaired Dachshunds love this (now filled) bean bag. With their super short legs they can't reach the glass of the storm door, without walking up the stairs and climbing unto the bean bag (see photos).I ordered the large Reindeer covered empty bean bag (no filler). Believe me it is LARGE and heavy once it's stuffed. The handle definitely helps to move it around. The zipper opening is large enough though it might necessitate some folding of pillows and blankets. I also used winter clothes (since it's 90 degrees here) to stuff the bag. Like I said it is Large and to get a round shape to it you need to put a lot of stuff into it.The outer material is corduroy - luckily because my Dachshunds have mangled dog beds and bean bags made out of other materials. One tried chewing on the handle without hurting it?. It's not soft maybe because I didn't stuff it with stuffed animals. But I needed it to be high enough to let my Doxies look out the glass of the front storm door.I don't mind the reindeers or festive red color especially during this heatwave we are experiencing. When I look at it I imagine cool sunny winter days that the Dachshunds also enjoy laying up there and looking out the glass door. They act as the neighborhood Crime Watch?.This bean bag cover came folded in a flat package. I was surprised just how LARGEit was when filled. If you plan to purchase it for a child I'd recommend the medium bag. Otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase ?.

I have a little hesitant buying this at first.I wanted to take two smaller bean bags & put inside this one.I made sure to read the measurements for the opening.It worked out well.I just did not want to have to open the bean bags that I already had & pour them into this one.That would have been a mess.So it turned out perfect, two bean bags that had become quite squished, fit into this bean bag & turned it into one very nice bean bag to sit on.My son loves it!Nice outer feel to it too.Very soft.

We purchase 2 of the large size bean bags because the two spaces we needed to fill were each about 31 inches wide.This bean bag is listed at 36 inches around and as the pictures will show, the fit was nice.The material appears very thick and strong, I am confident it will not be an issue for the grandkids and us the grandparents.The zipper is at the bottom and hides behind the material nicely, the zipper felt like a good quality zipped and no flaws were found.My opinion is that this bag is very good quality and the price is extremely easy on the pocket book.We filled it with 200 liters of the traditional beans and it filled them just as much as we wanted them filled, the listing says it will hold 300 liters of fill, but the 200 liter did what we wanted, for us 300 liters would be too much.We were going for the traditional 70s feel of the bean bag and this bag hit the home run for us.
