Easyy to use. It works Great. My teeth and gums feel really clean and Listerine can be used to clean as well. It's easier to use and more comfortable than string floss. I recommend it for everyone. IT'S GREAT.

The TV ad shows users flossing continuously from side to side and finishing in 10 seconds. That has not been my experience, but my caveat is that I have only used it for about three weeks and it took me all of that time to learn how to use it without flooding my bathroom floor or accidentally washing my face thoroughly. The start buttons and speed buttons are so close together that it is easy to shift to high speed when one tries to turn it off. It works very well for my large back and side teeth, but not for my tightly spaced small front teeth; so, I have to turn it off and on to reposition it three or so times during a flossing.On the plus side, it was easy to assemble, it recharges quickly, and it is such a good idea for a flosser (I still use my string flosser, too).

You have a 60 day warranty. In the 3rd month I charged the unit & it stopped functioning. Contacted Amazon in order to reach out to the manufacturer - process took ~20 mins - I was ultimately given a phone number to call the following day. After calling I was given a email address to contact with all pertinent details to which i received a automated response of "out of warranty". Product is a complete oversell. My cost was $49.95 + tax - price has gone down since - hopefully the public is catching on
