Pretty in Branding
I have tried other versions from other sellers, but they were cheap plastic, bulky in the phone case, and definitely did not make me feel that my phone was secure. This one is all metal, easy to install, and very slim in my clear iPhone cover. I carefully set it in the cover, placed my phone in, then gently tugged until it snugged down securely. It does not block the charging port (follow the included directions for proper placement).I just installed it, so have not tested thoroughly, but it does seem very sturdy, not likely to bend during normal use.The only negative is the O-ring that came with it: It is very cheaply made, no spring action; once opened, it does not close. I did not deduct a ⭐️ because I had not planned on using it anyway (I installed a tiny locking S-carabiner to the wrist strap I will use with it).I highly recommend this phone tether tab, with the understanding that you will need to use a different O-ring.
It totally works and no sign of wear or breakage since I got it a couple of months ago. This should last for a very long time. I have no issues with it interfering with charging or anything like that (as others were mentioning). It is just perfect for my phone.
*Edit:* First picture is after three months of use. Still works perfectly. If you're bothered by the coating coming off may not be the product for you, but personally it doesn't bother me.*Original Review:* I actually didn't realize it was metal until it arrived, but I'm so glad I sifted through so many products! This 100% holds my lanyard in place and even though I've had it for a little less than a month now, it hasn't broken or bent. I got one for my friend too, and they don't have any complaints as well! As said in other reviews the packaging is nice and gives simple instructions on installation! Plus, I can charge my phone with it on!Just- one thing...Depending on your phone case, you may NOT be able to charge your phone and it also may pull at your phone case. I'm lucky, so my case has lots of clearance for the tab. but because of the metal's sturdiness, instead of bending to fit your phone case it'll just pull the back of your phone case up and off. So I advise you, if you have a soft phone case which is prone to popping off or a case with little port charging clearance, to be careful. (oh and make sure when you install it the little loop thing that's around the thin metal ring is on the bottom- it clears up space for your charging cord.)
