26-08-2024Claims it's unlocked for all carriers but it's not. Need the network code and Amazon is no help. I got it refurbished thinking they'd know how to go in and unlock the phone. Nope. The seller doesn't have the network unlock code or can even tell you the old carrier. They offered me $5 to help cover getting it unlocked or to send it back for a refund. Like. Wtf? Its a nice phone other than that. For good refurbish it looks nice. But this is ridiculous
