30-12-2024I was surprised at how comfortable & sturdy the restraints felt.The bar itself is simple, length adjustments are simply moving the bolt & nut to a different set of holes.The central bar and 2 outer bars have multiple holes to allow it to be narrower or wider.KEEP TRACK OF THE WRENCH - I think I'll attach the adjustment wrench to the bar itself.Overall, incredible value for the price and a quality product versus more expensive models too.

30-12-2024So we have never used a spreader bar before so the position we tried may just not be one that works with this. So that is the onky reason for 4 stars. But I am looking forward to trying different positions. And if they go great I will come back to change my review.It seems to be very well made and sturdy. The cuffs are comfortable as well.
